Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, or exact cash, as we will not have change available upon delivery.

Weather-related cancellations can be made up until 8 pm the night before your rental is to be delivered. If followed, the deposit will not be refunded but can be used towards a future rental in the same calendar year. Any cancellation after this deadline will result in the payment of the invoice in full. Non-weather related cancellations need to be made 7 days prior to the event, otherwise the invoice will be charged in full.

There is no food, drinks, shoes, animals, sand, glitter, soap, silly string, confetti, powder, marker/crayon/pen, face paint (even “washable”) etc. allowed on/in the bounce house to prevent any unexpected tears or staining. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional free to cover repairs /damage, and if necessary, replacement costs

Yes, our current 2-day rental discount offers 50% off your second day! This discount excludes additional delivery fee, if applicable, panels, etc. The final discount will be reflected on your invoice, not at checkout. A deposit is required for each day. As with any rental, this is weather-permitting.
